Play Golf Forever by applying simple concepts to your golf game!

As an avid reader I enjoy many of the books offered through I own a Kindle and am able to download my book in seconds or if I prefer I can order the actual book.

Based on the reviews on this book I am planning to read it and will post my thoughts on it once I do.

Play Golf Forever is a practical guide to slowing down the gradual decline in your body as you get older. Suzanne Clark has 30 years’ experience as a physiotherapist and is a keen, all-round sports player. She explains in layman’s terms how your body works when you play golf and what you can do to make it healthier and fitter to enable you to play for longer. She describes how to strengthen key muscles as part of the everyday tasks you already do, how to prevent injury and what to do if you are injured. This book is for all the over 50’s like me who want to keep playing golf.

One of many reviews you can find on Amazon site:

“So, I turned to this book primarily because I noticed the author is a qualified physiotherapist. I found it to be uplifting and positive, with the clear message that age is no excuse. Chapter 6 really earned the five stars for me. Entitled ‘How to Treat and Overcome Common Golf Injuries, Aches and Pains”, it is this Chapter that puts the book firmly in the category of ‘Self-help Books’.”

“I have bought this for my father-in-law who is 74 years young and remains a keen golfer. He is thrilled with the book, saying it is easy to read and makes a lot of sense to him. He hopes it will help him to look after himself, avoid the types of injuries that he has seen affect players and keep him on the golf course for as long as possible!”

“Great book, does exactly what it says on the tin! Packed with good advice that I will without doubt be using a lot over the next 20 years.”
